In the side section of a unit section 5, a noise reduction pipe 7 is provided in front of a voice inputting microphone 23. A noise microphone 9 is provided on a ceiling and plural voice detecting sensors 17 provided on a base table 3 are connected to a driving circuit of a motor 6 which rotates the section 5. When a user utter a voice, a sensor switch is activated by the sensors 17 and drives the circuit of the motor 6, the section 5 is rotated and the pipe 7 is positioned close to the mouth of the user. When the user generates a recognition word under the above condition, noise components are attenuated to a certain extent while propagating in the pipe 7. Moreover, noise components received by the microphone 9 are subtracted from the voice signals inputted by the microphone 23.
