PURPOSE: To decrease the calling time by informing the recognized telephone number to a caller by a voice synthesis simultaneously with the sending of the telephone number.

CONSTITUTION: When a voice of a caller is inputted to a voice recognition 5 through a handset 7, the content is identified and a telephone number is converted and informed to a control section 5 and given to a voice synthesis section 2 and a dial section 3. The voice synthesis section 2, according to the telephone number code, gives the synthesized voice signal to a receiver 8 to inform it to the caller, and the dial section 3 applies dialing according to the telephone number code. The control section 5 checks that a call display signal from the dial section 3 is interrupted to detect the telephone number calling to change over relays 9, 10 to positions A', B' thereby enabling the talking. Since the information of the result of recognition to the caller and the calling of telephone number are executed simultaneously, the operating time is reduced.
