PURPOSE: To provide the voice reproducing circuit of a digital telephone set capable of appropriately eliminating noise within a range for not lowering the clarity of communication and outputting prescribed voice.
CONSTITUTION: Digital voice signals Dd are converted to analog voice signals Da in a decoder 2 and outputted through a sample-and-hold(S/H) circuit 3. The digital voice signals before conversion are stored in a shift register 1 and transferred to a latch circuit 4. When data for one sample are stored, since the present Dd and the Dd of a previous time are stored in both 1 and 4, the difference ΔD of respective sample values is obtained in a subtractor 6 and is compared with a reference value (d) in a comparator 7, and when the difference ΔD exceeds the reference value (d,) control is performed so as to output the data of the previous time held in the S/H circuit and not to output the data of this time including the noise.
