Abstract:
PURPOSE: To increase the variable range of the control voltage value and to increase the oscillation frequency range for a voltage controlled oscillation circuit which is used for construction of an MPU or an internal clock signal generating circuit included in a DSP(digital signal processing) LSI.
CONSTITUTION: A voltage control current source 41 consists of a pseudo resistance circuit 43, and a ring oscillation circuit 63 consists of the inverters 64-66 using the pseudo resistance circuits 70-72 as the load elements connected together in a ring shape. Then the circuit 63 is driven with an output side circuit 56 of a Wilson current mirror circuit 54 used as a current source.
