PURPOSE: To realize a multichannel voltage-controlled oscillation circuit by using a high coupling piezoelectric oscillator as load capacity, and selecting a capacitor with a proper value in a group of plural capacitors for a varactor diode and using it in combination.
CONSTITUTION: Plural capacitors C1, C2, and C3 which differ in capacity are switched selectively by a switch SW and connected in parallel to the varactor diode FC which constitutes the load capacity of the high coupling piezoelectric oscillator LT of the voltage-controlled oscillation circuit using the high coupling piezoelectric oscillator LT. Then, one capacitor with a proper value is selected among the capacitors C1, C2, and C3 and combined with the varactor diode FC to perform channel selection.
