Abstract:
To provide a frequency switch circuit which prevents oscillation stop and characteristic deterioration caused by the impedance characteristic of switch diodes.
The oscillator circuit part 11 is composed of the first and second inductance line SL2 and SL3 which is connected in series, a capacitor which includes a variable capacitance diode D1 connected in parallel to the second inductance line SL2 and SL3 and a switch diode D2 connected in parallel to the SL3. The switch diode D2 is supplied a frequency switch shift voltage Vs as well as a divided voltage by dividing power supply voltage Vcc.
