CONSTITUTION: An output oscillating frequency of a voltage controlled oscillator section 4 is decided based on a received control voltage. Temperature drift is compensated to a linearity best point in the control characteristic of the control voltage by a temperature drift compensation circuit 3. A temperature drift compensation circuit 6 compensates a temperature drift with respect to an oscillated frequency for a prescribed control voltage of the voltage controlled oscillator section 4.
