Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately perform temperature compensation for an oscillation frequency and modulation sensitivity. SOLUTION: Temperature of a cathode potential at a variable capacity diode CR1 a Colpitts type voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) is compensated for by a temperature compensation circuit composed of a resistor and a thermistor RT1, so that the temperature stability of the oscillation frequency is improved. Besides, the temperature of a control voltage supplied to the anode of the variable capacity diode CR1 is compensated for by a temperature compensation circuit composed of a resistor and a thermistor RT2 so that the temperature stability in the modulation sensitivity of the VOC is improved.
