Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a load from being placed on a transformer or load even if a defect occurs to an operation system by making the closing operation of an open-circuit means slower than the opening operation of a closed-circuit means and the closing operation of a short-circuit means slower than the opening operation of the open-circuit means.
SOLUTION: When power-saving operation is entered from direct transmission by turning ON a changeover switch 6, a 2nd electromagnetic contactor MC2 performs t1-time delay operation for a 1st electromagnetic contactor MC1 so as to place the main contact 3 of the 2nd electromagnetic contactor MC2 in closed-circuit operation after an auxiliary contact 7 of the 1st electromagnetic contactor MC1 operates. The electromagnetic contactors MC1 and MC2, therefore, never operate at the same time. When the power-saving operation is switched to the direction transmission by turning OFF the changeover switch 6, the main contact 2 of the 1st electromagnetic contactor MC1 performs closed- circuit operation a t2 time after the closed-circuit operation of the main contact 3 of the 2nd electromagnetic contactor MC2 through the charged capacity of a capacitor 11. Therefore, both the electromagnetic contactors MC1 and MC2 never operate at the same time.
