Title:
VOLTAGE-DETECTING CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1165691
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage-detecting circuit for stably operating a drive transistor and preventing output malfunctions, regardless of the variable setting of a detection voltage. SOLUTION: This detecting circuit is provided with a fourth transistor Q13, provided in a current mirror circuit and first selecting circuits 14 and 16 for selecting differential circuits Q4-Q7 or a drive transistor Q8 and supplying the output currents of the fourth transistor Q13. When the operating currents of the drive transistor Q8 are made small according to the variable setting of a detection voltage by selecting the short-circuit or opening between the both terminals of a prescribed resistance, the output current of the fourth transistor Q13 of the current mirror circuit is supplied to the drive transistor Q8 by first selecting circuits 14 and 16. Thus, the operating currents of the drive transistor Q8 can be ensured and operated stably, and the output malfunctions can be prevented.
