To provide a voltage detection circuit of a microcomputer capable of newly allocating a selection voltage value, even after the manufacture of the microcomputer, having high versatility, and high flexibility for setting the selection voltage value the corresponds to the kind of a battery or a portable electronic device or the like.
The microcomputer is equipped with a peripheral circuit control resister 51 and an SVD circuit 52. The peripheral circuit control resister 51 is equipped with SVDSX513, S15VXXX515, and S3VXXX516. The SVD circuit 52 is equipped with a voltage selection circuit 521, and a selected voltage allocation circuit 522. The voltage selection circuit 521 selects a voltage value from among the selected candidate voltage values allocated to the S15VXXX515 and S3VXXX516. The selected voltage allocation circuit 522 arranges each voltage value that is selected by the voltage selection circuit 521, in the ascending order, and allocates it to the SVDSX513 as the selected voltage value.
