Abstract:
To decrease a load on a work side by means of preliminarily predicting and noticing generation of voltage flicker and providing it as a reference for planning of a work plan at the time avoiding the generation of the voltage flicker.SOLUTION: In a voltage flicker information output device 101, an insolation amount prediction value acquisition part 401 acquires information about a prediction value of an insolation amount in a predetermined district, and a power generation amount prediction value calculation part 402 calculates a prediction value of a power generation amount by photovoltaic generation existing in the predetermined district based on information acquired by the insolation amount prediction value acquisition part 401, and a voltage flicker determination part 403 determines processing for generation of voltage flicker based on the prediction value of the power generation amount calculated by the power generation amount prediction value calculation part 402, and a determination result output part 405 outputs information about a determination result determined by the voltage flicker determination part 403.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
