A current i1 flows into a source from a drain of a field effect transistor M1, so that a voltage V1 is generated at a non-inverting input terminal of an operational amplifier circuit OP1. The operational amplifier circuit OP1 performs operation control of a field effect transistor M3 such that a voltage V2 of a connection part between a resistor R2 and the field effect transistor M3 becomes equal to the voltage V1, respective currents flowing through a resistor R1 and the resistor R2 become equal, a current i2 equal to the current i1 flows into a drain of a field effect transistor M2, and the field effect transistor M2 generates a gate voltage Vg corresponding to a voltage capable of making the current i2 flow as an output voltage Vpn.
