Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge the abnormality of a pressurization part by installing a pressure sensor for detecting the pressures of a part for controlling the actions of a blower, a heater, and a pressurization part and the pressurization part. SOLUTION: Waste plastic materials 30 are charged into a treatment container 2, a blower 7 is energized by a control part 24 to start ventilation. Next, a heating part 8 is energized to heat circulating gas. The volume of the volume- reduced waste plastic materials 30 is further reduced by a pressurization part 3, which is composed of a pressurization actuator 4 and a piston 28. The actuator 4 is composed of a freely expandable/shrinkable rubber balloon-shaped air bag and others and expanded by air supplied from an air pump 21 through an air route 27 to raise a piston 28 to reduce the volume of the waste plastic materials 30. A pressure sensor 32 connected with the air route 27 transmits pressure to the control part 24, which controls the pressure of air to be supplied to the air pump 21. The control part 24 can judge an abnormal place in the pressurization part 3 by the pressure sensor 32 and a pressurization time.
