Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a volume reducing treatment device for waste plastic container, capable of preventing breakdown by explosion at the time of reducing the volume of even a plastic container having a cap and also reducing requiring pressure for volume reduction.
CONSTITUTION: In this volume reducing treatment device, a passage 2 extending horizontally is provided at the lower part of a hopper 1 and also a container receiving frame 3 with upper and lower ends opened is provided in the passage 2 to move it reciprocally, and a pusher 10 and needles 13, 13... projecting downwards from through-holes 12, 12... provided in the vertical direction to the pusher 10 are provided at the upper part of a stopping position of the container receiving frame 3 to move them in a vertical direction.
