Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent material from being clogged and impaired by providing a screw for carrying material fallen from blade rollers to a discharge port, and controlling the revolution speed of the blade rollers based on the result of a material detection sensor detecting the material located over the screw.
CONSTITUTION: Let material C in a stocker 3 fall down by blade rollers 13A and 13B, and it is carried to a shooter 15 with a screw 6 rotated by a material guide plate 9A. It is detected by material detection sensors 14A and 14B at all times whether or not the material is present, and the amount of the material is also detected in the same manner by them, so that the revolution speed of the blade rollers 13A and 13B can thereby be controlled. The material C over the screw 6 is kept in proper quantities, and the definite quantity of the material C can thereby be supplied from the shooter 15, and concurrently, the material C is prevented from being clogged between each blade roller 13A and 13B and the screw 6 by controlling the revolution speed of the blade rollers 13A and 13B while the smooth carriage of the material C over the screw 6 is being assured.
