Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve dust collection efficiency by attaching a nozzle producing an air vortex in a frame body moving along an adit, and opening the discharge outlet of a dust collection duct at a position in which the air vortex becomes a vortex eye. SOLUTION: A nozzle unit 41 disposing a angle-variable nozzle 40 is attached to a frame body 20. High pressure air having incident angles K and M for the inner peripheral face of an adit 11 is jetted, and an air vortex 32 is produced in the adit 10. At this time, the suction opening of a dust collection duct is opened at a position in which the air vortex 32 becomes a vortex eye, a dust collecting tool is disposed, and the discharge outlet of the dust collection duct is opened at a prescribed place. Thereby the vortex is produced in the adit 10 by the nozzle unit 41, and since the suction opening of the dust collection duct is disposed in the vortex eye in which air pressure is the lowest, remarkable dust collection efficiency can be improved.
