PURPOSE: To improve the extent of efficiency, by regulating a direction of flow in a rotor inlet so as to get a stator opposed to a rotor blade, and installing a guide vane so as to form a passage toward the rotor blade.

CONSTITUTION: A rotor 5 is pivotally attached to a turning shaft 7, and a rotor blade 6 is set up there. A stator is installed as being supported by a casing 2 so as to be opposed to the rotor 5. A direction of flowin an inlet of the rotor 5 so as to cause this stator 3 to be opposed to the rotor blade 6, and there is provided with a guide vane 4 in such a form as forming a smooth passage toward the rotor blade 6. Therefore, since a flow at the rotor inlet is improved, improvement in efficiency is thus promotable.
