Abstract:
To provide a vortex type vacuum pump that can increase the number of rotor rotations of the pump and can improve the pump performance.
A slot 12 for generating a vortex is formed on a stator 2 and a projection 31 for forming a seal section, a gas introduction groove 32 for taking in gas and a gas ejection groove 33 for ejecting gas are provided on a rotor 25 so that the rotor shape is simplified and bears a high-speed rotation.
