The customer terminal device includes: an information import unit that imports voting information representing a voting content of a voting ticket issued by the voting terminal, by image processing; an authenticity determination unit that determines authenticity of the voting ticket; and a voting information notification unit that, when the authenticity of the voting ticket is determined by the authenticity determination unit, notifies a Web server of the customer information and the voting information for withdrawing the voting ticket, and requests, to the customer management server, a withdrawal process on the basis of the customer information and the voting information.
