PURPOSE: To easily rewrite CG data by reading out printing information magnetically recorded in a CG ticket and rewriting the CG data stored in a non-volatile memory based upon the contents of the non-volatile memory and the read printing information.

CONSTITUTION: The voting ticket issuing machine is provided with a reading means 8 for reading out printing information magnetically recorded of a ticket (CG ticket) recording half-fixed printing pattern information to be printed out on a voting ticket and a rewriting means 9 for rewriting CG data in a non- volatile memory, based upon the contents of the memory 3 storing information relating to the half-fixed printing pattern to be printed on the voting ticket and the printing information read-out by the reading means 8. Consequently, half-fixed printing pattern characters are easily changed.
