A votive flower and offering vase is so constituted that a plurality of split cylinders 2 with a small diameter made of the elastic quality of the material are provided to optional positions on the circumferential wall 1a of a flower bottomless vase main cylinder 1 with a large diameter and that a cover used for an offering base is loaded to the upper surface of the flower vase main cylinder 1.
