PURPOSE: To apply vulcanization molding to a raw material sheet with good working efficiency by providing a nozzle applying a release agent to a lower mold and providing a device taking off a product from an upper mold and a freely up-and-down movable mounting table receiving a product.

CONSTITUTION: A lower mold 7 is provided to the upper surface of a pressure member 6 and an upper mold 8 is provided so as to be freely movable from the rear surface of a pressure receiving member 5 to a product taking-out part 3. The raw material sheet A provided between the upper and lower molds 7, 8 is heated and pressed between the pressure receiving member 5 and the pressure member 6 to be subjected to vulcanization molding. When a product is taken out of the molds after the completion of vulcanization molding, the lower mold 7 is moved downwardly by the pressure member in such a state that the product is left on the upper mold 8. A taking-off device 18 is moved upwardly and the protrusion provided to the product is grasped by a product grasping pawl 22 and the upper mold 8 is slightly inclined to take off the product from one side of the upper mold 8. During this period, a feeder 13 is reciprocally moved between a raw material sheet supply part 2 and the lower mold 7 and the lower mold 7 is coated with a release agent from a nozzle 16. The product grasping pawl 22 is slightly retracted by a piston cylinder 19a to place the product on a mounting table 19.
