PURPOSE: To intend to reduce costs of whole equipment with a single vacuum molding machine, by setting a textile containing mold within a vacuum molding machine, then stabilizing the contained molding space by means of initial vulcanizing and molding in the state of vacuum molding space, moving it to a vulcanizing and molding machine to perform a final vulcanizing and molding, then disassembling the mold and taking out a product while preparing the next vulcanizing and molding operation.
CONSTITUTION: While a textile contained in a mold 7 is vulcanized and molded in a vacuum molding machine 4, a clamping member 2 provided on a turn table 1 takes up another mold 7 which has been used for the vulcanizing and molding operation in a first molding machine, and sends it to a disassembling machine 3. While the mold is disassembled to take out a product, the clamp 2 returns to the middle position, from where the clamp 2 takes out the mold 7, which has been used for the initial vulcanizing and molding operation in the vacuum molding machine 4, and sends it to the first molding machine 5 of the next process stage. By repeating such operation successively among the first and second molding machines and the disassembling machine 3, the equipment cost can be reduced.
