The wadding-containing cushion 21 is composed of the upper quilt part 22, the lower quilt part 23, the wadding 24 and open type slide fasteners 25 for separably connecting both quilt parts 22 and 23. The respective quilt parts 22 and 23 are composed of upper layer bodies 26 and 29 having Adler hems 26a and 29a, lower layer bodies 27 and 30 having Adler hems 27a and 30a at peripheral edges and gore tapes 28 and 31 for connecting the base ends of the Adler hems 26a, 27a, 29a and 30a to each other. Both gore tapes 28 and 31 are connected to via the slide fasteners 25.
