PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wagon device capable of enhancing rigidity and strength of an article storage recess without reducing external appearance.SOLUTION: A wagon device comprises: a wagon body having casters placed on a floor surface so as to be able to roll and having an article storage space inside; and an article storage recess with a rectangular shape in a plan view, which is installed in the upper part of the wagon body, has a front wall 13f, a rear wall 13r, and a pair of right and left side walls 13s, and opens upward.
