To provide a wagon which has a space to keep documents open thereon and is suitable for using a computer and the like.

A visiting wagon 1 is composed with a wagon body 2 and a documents hanger mechanism 3 attached to the wagon body 2. The wagon body 2 stores examination tools or medical instruments, and the computer can be put and operated on it. The document hanging mechanism 3 comprises a holder 22 which is made in a horseshoe-shape with a linear member, a pillar 24 which supports the holder 22 and a supporting part by which the pillar 24 is supported so as to move up and down. The height of holder 22 can be adjusted and fixed. Documents can be kept open hanging from the holder 22 and the computer can be put on the wagon body 2, then users can operate the computer while looking at the documents.
