Abstract:
To increase the speed of a swing so as to increase the distance traveled by a stroked ball and return a ball at high speeds by increasing the muscular strength needed for a swing while actually swinging a ball striking article such as a bat, golf club or racket.
This waist belt for exercise has pockets 11 in which weights 2 can be removably inserted, with only the upper side 12 of each pocket 11 secured to the waist belt 1. The waist belt is attached to the human waist allowing the pockets to be flipped upward by a centrifugal force produced by the rotational movement of the waist during exercise.
