PURPOSE: To provide a waist part bending exercise compelling device of a new structure for executing forcibly bending exercise centering around the waist part in a state that a posture being on person's back is taken, and curing or preventing a lumbago and other various diseases caused by displacement of the backbone such as mainly a deviation of the lumbar vertebra, etc.

CONSTITUTION: On a base frame 1, a circular arc-like lower half body receiving seat 3 and a circular arc-like upper half body receiving seat 5 of roughly symmetrical shapes are combined before and behind it, centering around a waist part stimulation vibration holding seat 4, so that the whole side shape becomes like about a waning moon. Also, the circular arc-like lower half body receiving seat 3 is fixed to the base frame 1, and also, combines a height adjusting plate 6 on which an ankle fixing part 61 is formed, and the circular arc-like upper half body receiving seat 5 is formed to a reclining structure in which the end part side being adjacent to the waist part stimulation vibration holding seat 4 is a pivotally attached part and which can execute a forced vertical motion.
