PURPOSE: To provide a handrail or a rear handrail of a walking frame capable of unwittingly grabbing from every directions even if a walker's body comes in an unstable condition and to prevent a walker from being in a standstill or being injured by falling down to enable the walker always possible to walk and to make it possible to use the walking frame as a conventional type walking aid by detaching the whole circle handrail or the rear handrail when unnecessary.

CONSTITUTION: A whole circle handrail 5 is detachably attached to a handrail 2 of a walking aid 1 or a rear handrail 21 in the rear part of the handrail 2. When the walking aid is used, a walker enters the walking aid elevating the whole circle handrail 5 or opening the rear handrail 21 to enable to walk safely, and it can be removed when they are unnecessary to use as conventional type the walking aid. It can be made smaller and in a circular shape to enable to be used as a walking aid for a child.
