CONSTITUTION: A rotating mechanism part 30 has a base 10 having fixed legs 21, a central shaft 11 set rotatably on the base 10, and a support member 12 set on the upper part of the central shaft 11 and out of the central shaft 11 and supporting a horizontal bar member 14 through a support 13. The horizontal bar member 14 has arms 14A and 14B, a joint 18 connecting the arm 14A with the arm 14B and a joint 19 connecting the arm 14B with a walker supporting tool 40. The arm 14A has a weight shift bar 16 set in parallel along the arm 14A from a terminal end to a specified position across the support 13 and having a spiral channel in the long direction, a weight shift handle 17 rotating the weight shift bar 16, and a balance weight 15 having a intermeshing part intermeshing with the channel of the weight shift bar 16.
