To provide a walking type tending machine which holds the mutual position relation of a main clutch lever to a parking brake lever in a suitable state to prevent the wrong operation of the walking type tending machine and simultaneously improve operability.
The walking type tending machine 1 having a main clutch lever 54 for switching a main clutch 14d to "connection" or "disconnection", and a parking brake lever 57 for switching a brake device 18 to "operation" or "cancel" is characterized by forming a projected shaft 57f on the parking brake lever 57, forming a contact surface 54f capable of contacting with the projected shaft 57f on the main clutch lever 54, whereby the mutual position relation of the main clutch lever 54 to the parking brake lever 57 is limited by the contact of the projected shaft 57f with the contact surface 54f, and the main clutch lever 54 is held at the disconnection position, when the parking brake lever 57 is placed at the operation position.
