PURPOSE: To obtain a lightweight mold fame having a high strength and the superior handling performance by laminating the inorganic molded plates into which a frame made of metal or inorganic fiber reinforced plastic is embedded, onto one surface of an inorganic foamed body plate.
CONSTITUTION: A glass fiber mat 2a is laid in a rectangular box -shaped mold frame 5 whose upper edge surface is opened, and a screen body 3 having a U-shaped section is placed onto the mat 2a, setting the both edge surfaces 3a and 3b upward, and a glass fiber mat 2b is laid onto an intermediate part 3b, and the cement mix mixed with glass fiber is poured and solidified, and an inorganic molded plate 1 is formed. Then, the upper part of the molded plate 1 is charged with the inorganic self hardening composition, which is foamed and hardened, and an inorganic foamed body 4 which is integrally joined in the state where the projection parts 3a and 3b are embedded is formed. Since the screen body 3 and the glass fiber mat 2a are embedded, the strength can be improved.
