To easily secure a mounting work of a lighting device or the like to a wall surface, and further eliminate the mounting work of the metal wire for fall prevention, the work that is separated from a lighting apparatus, etc.SOLUTION: A mounting structure for a wall surface is provided for mounting a lighting device 900 as the device in the wall surface W. The mounting structure includes: a wall surface side member 100 mounted in the wall surface W; a device side member 200 mounted to the lighting device 900; a connecting member 300 for connecting a wall surface side member 100 with a device side member 200; a holding member 400 mounted to the lighting device 900; and a fall prevention member 500 for connecting the holding member 400 with the wall surface side member 100. The fall prevention member 500 has a hook part 510 hooked to a hook hole 421 opened to the holding member 400, and a connection part 520 connected to the wall surface side member 100 by the connecting member 300. The connecting member 300 has bolts 310A, 310B and 310C as a shaft part for penetrating through the device side member 200 and the wall surface side member 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
