Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for installing an underground structure without using an unsupported excavation method or a sheet pile earth retaining method even when the underground structure cannot be installed in an internal space of an open shield machine, when an open shield method using an open shield machine is adopted.SOLUTION: A wall body manufacturing method includes the following steps: a support means arrangement step in which support means 21 for supporting a wall formation member 31 that forms a wall body is arranged on an arrangement surface that forms an undersurface of an inner space 13 of an open shield machine 11 having at least an undersurface opened; a wall body formation step in which the support means arranged in the support means arrangement step is made to support the wall formation member for forming the wall body; and a shifting step in which the open shield machine is shifted in a shifting direction Z1 relative to the wall body formed in the wall body formation step, thus shifting at least a part of the wall body formed in the wall body formation step to an outer space from the inner space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
