Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a cut tape with a different paper-tube inner diameter to be bonded with a cut tape with a different width, enable released and reversed cut tapes to stably be tensioned, save the size of a device and the space for installation to make the device easy to carry and hard to lose upon movement on a sizing site or during preservation, and enable cut tapes to be bonded at a low cost.SOLUTION: A first paper-tube holding part 1 is provided with a cut tape core bar insertion hole 8 for rotatably attaching the first paper-tube holding part 1 to the cut tape core bar, and a second paper-tube holding part 2 is provided with an inner space part for storing the first paper-tube holding part 1. The cut tape core bar insertion hole 8 of the first paper-tube holding part 1 penetrated through the cut tape core bar to rotatably attach a cut tape held by the second paper-tube holding part 2 to the cut tape core bar.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
