To provide a wall penetration structure or the like of piping having simple structure, superior workability, and high installation flexibility.
A penetration hole 11 is formed at a wall 3. A wall penetration member 9 is arranged in the penetration hole 11. The wall penetration member 9 is composed of a body 13, an outdoor-side plate 17, an indoor-side plate 19, bolts 21, nuts 23 or the like. The body 13 is formed of an elastically-deformable resin, (rubber, for example), and formed by injection molding or the like. A piping holding part 15 is integrally formed at an end face located at the outdoor side. The piping holding part 15 is cylindrical, and has an inside diameter corresponding to the outside diameter of the piping 7. The body 13 attached in the penetration hole is sandwiched by the indoor-side plate 19 and the outdoor-side plate 17 from the indoor side and the outdoor side together with the wall 3. In this state, the outdoor-side plate 17 and the indoor-side plate 19 are connected and fixed to each other with the bolts 21 and the nuts 23.
