PURPOSE: To get wallpaper for shielding electromagnetic waves, which is excellent in appearance, safety, work efficiency, ventilation property, and plating property, by laminating lining paper on one side of conductive unwoven fabric, which is formed by thermally fusible fibers and conductive fibers being intertwined irregularly, and intertwined woven fabric on the other side.
CONSTITUTION: Lining paper is put on one side of conductive unwoven fabric, which is gotten by thermal fusion method from composite fibers which have crystalline polypropylene single polymers for their core ingredients and propylene.ethylene.butene-1 random copolymers for their sheath ingredients and austenite stainless fibers, and further intertwined woven fabric, which has rayon for its main ingredient, is put on the other side, and then the lining paper is passed through preheating rolls. Furthermore, the laminate is passed through hot rolls so as to melt the composite fibers within the conductive unwoven fabric, and is pressurized, and then it is cooled with a cooling roll to get wallpaper for shielding electromagnetic waves.
