Abstract:
To improve the efficiency of delivery operation of a warehouse.SOLUTION: An ordering data generation unit generates ordering data including information on an article delivered from a warehouse, and immediate delivery information indicating whether to perform immediate delivery from the warehouse, when the article is delivered to the warehouse. A determination unit, when performing arrival input of the article which has arrived at the warehouse on the basis of the ordering data, determines whether or not the immediate delivery information indicating the immediate delivery from the warehouse is included in the ordering data. A data generation unit, when a determination result indicating that the immediate delivery information indicating the immediate delivery from the warehouse is included in the ordering data is obtained from the determination unit, generates arrival data of the article which has arrived at the warehouse, and delivery data designating the immediate delivery of the article which has arrived at the warehouse. The immediate delivery of the article which has arrived at the warehouse is enabled by generating both of the arrival data and the delivery data at one time. Thereby, delivery indication and picking operation in the warehouse are made unnecessary, and delivery operation of the warehouse can be made further efficient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
