To provide a warm water/hot air generation system, utilizing exhaust heat ranging from 90 to 150 °C not utilized heretofore to have no limitations on distance, district and time, and a warm water/hot air generator used in the system.

The warm water/hot air generation system includes: a first process of concentrating low-concentration lithium chloride aqueous solution to high concentration as much as 45 wt% by utilizing exhaust heat; a second process of transferring high-concentration lithium chloride aqueous solution; a third process of diluting the high-concentration lithium chloride to generate warm water and hot air; and a fourth process of storing the lithium chloride aqueous solution diluted to low concentration in a container and transferring it to the place for the first process.
