Title:
WARM AIR HEATER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2015096777
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm air heater capable of preventing an in-device temperature from reaching an abnormally-high temperature, even when an operation is started in a state that an air draft duct is closed, and the inside of a main body has a low temperature.SOLUTION: In starting an operation of a warm air heater in which the air supplied from an indoor side and a combustion gas exchange heat by a heat exchanger 11 to supply warm air, an abnormality determination temperature is set at a low temperature when a temperature in a main body is lower than a prescribed temperature, so that the temperature in the main body does not increase to the abnormally-high temperature even when the operation is started in a state that an air draft duct is closed and the temperature in the main body is low, the temperature in the main body rapidly increases to be equal to or higher than an abnormal overheat determination temperature, the operation is stopped on the basis of the determination of abnormal overheat, and the temperature in the main body further increases thereafter and overshoots. Further, a main body surface of the warm air heater is prevented from being high temperature due to the overshoot, and components and a substrate in the main body are prevented from being damaged by high temperature, and shortening their service life.
