Abstract:

To provide a warm air heating furnace which can uniformly and early heat a workpiece charged in the inside of a furnace body even when the flow of high temperature gas is disturbed caused by the workpiece or a structure in the furnace body.

The warm air heating furnace 10 is provided with: the furnace body 20 where a gas introducing port 24 is disposed; and a gas introducing means 30 for introducing high temperature gas into the inside of the furnace body 20 through the gas introducing port 24 and heats the workpiece W charged in the inside of the furnace body 20, the warm air heating furnace 10 is characterized in that the inside of the furnace body 20 is formed with a heat-shut off zone C where the flow of the high temperature gas introduced from the gas introducing port 24 is shut off with the workpiece W and the structure 14 in the furnace body, and in the heat-shut off zone C or near this zone, an electric heating system auxiliary heat source 40 is arranged.
