PURPOSE: To control the humidity of warm keeping container with excellent responsiveness through the simple structure.
CONSTITUTION: A warm keeping container is provided with an evaporating dish 9 set in the container, a water feed valve 52 supplying water to the evaporating dish 9, a heater 8 for the evaporation dish 9, a humidity sensor 58 detecting the humidity in the container, and a controller adjusting the humidity in the container to snow a preset value by the control of the generating heat of the humidifier 8 in accordance with the output of the humidity sensor 58. And an evaporating dish water temperature sensor 69 detecting the water in the evaporation dish is provided. Water is supplied to the evaporating dish 9 through the water feed valve 52 in accordance with the high humidity of the container by the controller and the feeding time of water is adjusted on the basis of the output of the evaporation dish water temperature sensor 69.
