A warm white light LED lamp having a high luminance and a high color index comprises a drive circuit, a holder 100 having a holder cup 110, at least one LED wafer 20 fixed to the holder cup 110 and having a wavelength of 600-650 nm, and at least one LED wafer 30 fixed to the holder cup of the holder and having a wavelength of 380-470 nm. The LED wafer 20 having a wavelength of 600-650 nm and the LED wafer 30 having a wavelength of 380-470 nm are connected with the drive circuit by an electrode wire. Fluorescence gel and transparent silica gel are painted on the LED wafer 30 having a wavelength of 380-470 nm, and transparent silica gel is painted on the LED wafer 20 having a wavelength of 600-650 nm.
