A warmer 100 includes: a placing board 121 for placing a heat insulation pot 200; an electric heater 123 for heating the heat insulation pot 200; a thermostat 124 which controls the electric heater 123 to keep the warming temperature of the heat insulation pot 200 to a predetermined temperature; and a cylindrical body 120 at least partially covering the outer peripheral surface of the heat insulation pot 200 placed on the placing board 121.
