To keep a liquid warm in a liquid container by way of an ultraminiature device, which is space-saving, lightweight and portable.
A liquid container is inserted into the body portion 2 of the device in an upright posture, and a transparent cover 1 is put on the body portion to keep a liquid therein warm. The body portion 2 includes a container made of a heat insulating material in the inward side thereof for enhancing a warmth keeping effect and a built-in temperature adjuster for cooling or heating the inside air. The liquid in the liquid container can be kept warm or cool by switching a switch 4 to select either of cooling and heating through the temperature adjuster. When a multi-purpose serial bus interface cable is employed for a connecting cable 3, the temperature adjuster can get power from the cable and can be monitored and controlled in temperature from the side of a personal computer.
