PURPOSE:To obtain an output signal similar to the human sense of warmth by so constituting that a heat generating body imitates the heat generation inside a human body, a coating body imitates the thermal conduction inside the human body and an outer coating body is formed of an inner layer adhering to the periphery of the coating body and an outer layer of fibrous material. CONSTITUTION:A heater 6 is coated in the periphery thereof with a coating body 7 made of magnesium oxide. The coating body 7 is coated with an outer coating body 8. A temperature sensor 2 is built in the outer coating body 8 consisting of an inner layer 8a and an outer layer 8b. The generated heat of the heater 6 transmitted through the coating body 7 is transmitted to a copper film 8a-1 with the temperature gradient and temperature distribution similar to those of the thermal conduction inside a human body. The copper film 8a-1 generates a heat flow similar to a current in the vicinity of the skin of the human body, adding the temperature distribution imitating that of the skin to a moisture absorbing film 8a-2. The moisture absorbing film 8a-2 is coated with the outer layer 8b of fibrous material, imitating the thermal conditions of the skin when the man is dressed. The outer layer 8b is a bag-like cloth member exchangeable corresponding to the kind of the clothing of the man. Accordingly, it is possible to obtain an output signal approximated to the human sense of warmth.
