The warning program causes a computer to execute the steps of: extracting, for each of a plurality of inspection orders, a first result time and first sampling time corresponding to a first inspection order storing the first result time, from an inspection information storing part 57 that stores the sampling time when an input for sampling a specimen is performed and the result time when an inspection result is input; acquiring a second sapling time corresponding to a second inspection order that does not store a second result time but stores a second sampling time having a predetermined relation with the first sampling time; calculating an estimated time when the inspection result for the second inspection order is input, on the basis of the first sampling time, the first result time and the second sampling time; setting a warning time for outputting information on the second inspection order on the basis of the estimated time; and outputting the information to other computers when the warning time is exceeded.
