PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warp knitted fabric which is easy to knit and beautiful in appearance, and which does not require hem finishing; and to provide clothing using the same.SOLUTION: A warp knitted fabric according to the present invention comprises a specific knitted fabric part not requiring hem finishing. The specific knitted fabric part at least comprises: a first non-elastic yarn knitted part comprising a full set of non-elastic yarns 11 each knitted in the same direction; a second non-elastic yarn knitted part comprising a full set of non-elastic yarns 12 knitted in an opposite direction to the non-elastic yarns 11 in the first non-elastic yarn knitted part; an elastic yarn knitted part comprising a full set of elastic yarns 21 knitted in the same direction as the non-elastic yarns 11 in the first non-elastic yarn knitted part; and a second elastic yarn knitted part comprising a full set of elastic yarns 22 knitted in the opposite direction to the non-elastic yarns 11 in the first non-elastic yarn knitted part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
