Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wash liquid, which makes environmental influence smaller and safety and removability favorable, by a method wherein the wash liquid for removing an adherend on the surface of a roll contains respectively specified amounts of a water-soluble amide compound or water-soluble lactone compound and water.
SOLUTION: In this wash liquid for removing an adherend on the surface of a roll used for manufacturing a film and a sheet from a thermoplastic resin by means of calendering, inflating, milling, casting or the like, the wash liquid contains 40-100wt.% water-soluble amide compound or water-soluble lactone. As a method for separating, removing or cleaning the adherend from the roll, a method for wiping with waste, sponge or the like impregnated with the wash liquid, a method for spraying the wash liquid on the roll, a method for immersing the roll in a washing tank containing the wash liquid at 20-80°C for several minutes or the like is exampled. As the treatment after washing, natural drying, natural drying or wiping and natural drying after the linsing with water- containing waste, sponge or the like is exampled.
